Iveco, marking its 50th anniversary of innovation, will unveil a special design limited edition model. The 50 years of Iveco have also solidified its determination to lead the way of change based on a strong heritage.
Iveco's start was in 1975 when five major industrial vehicle manufacturers in Europe came together to establish Iveco.
To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Iveco is set to showcase various activities commemorating the excellence and innovative legacy it has built in the institutional sector of transportation. All events reflect Iveco's continuous efforts toward development, a strong bond to its roots, and a vision for the future.
Today, Iveco is one of the major corporations in the global transportation institutional sector, equipped with seven production facilities and eight research and development centers across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and Latin America. It is building a global presence through a comprehensive dealer network with 3,500 sales and service centers that support customers in more than 160 countries.
Luca Sra, President of the Iveco Group Truck Business Unit, noted, "Over the past 50 years, Iveco has grown through collaboration and innovation. Our success is the result of all the people who have joined us on our journey, including employees, dealers, customers, and partners. We have built a brand ready to face future challenges together. We have contributed to the history of commercial mobility, and we draw strength from the legacy we have built and the strong foundation we have established."
The highlight of Iveco's 50th anniversary celebration program is the "50xBeyond" event, which will take place from June 12 to 15 at Officine Grandi Riparazioni-OGR Turin.
In addition to the "50xBeyond" event, Iveco plans to showcase various activities over the year that connect the brand's legacy and future aspirations.
Iveco will also commemorate its 50th milestone by presenting limited edition large and small truck models with special designs that harmonize the brand's rich heritage and forward-thinking spirit.
The limited edition Iveco S-WAY is set to be officially launched at the Moto GP in Misano in May. It will be available in three colors and will feature unique elements such as commemorative stickers, logos, and gold grills, along with customized interiors. The limited edition Iveco Daily model will be released in cab and van versions, featuring commemorative stickers and logos in the premium version with customized interiors, along with a basic version including commemorative stickers on the doors.
