Korean Air announced on the 27th that it received the highest rating of 5 stars in the service quality assessment by the British air transport rating agency 'Skytrax.'

Skytrax verified the service quality by utilizing the 'mystery shopper' method for two weeks starting from the end of October last year, using flights on seven routes of Korean Air.

Edward Plaisted, CEO of Skytrax, noted, 'Korean Air's selection as a 5-star airline is proof of its ongoing efforts to provide a high level of customer experience,' adding, 'It provides outstanding service in all areas and has achieved excellent results.'

Korean Air has maintained the highest rating for five years since 2020. Although evaluations did not take place in 2021 and 2022 due to the impact of COVID-19, the 5-star status was upheld.
