WitU, a short-form video specialized corporation, announced on the 20th that it will conduct a large-scale public recruitment in 2025.

This public recruitment is part of a plan to double the total number of employees at WitU this year, in line with the rapidly growing short-form industry. The recruitment will seek talent in various job categories without discrimination between newcomers and experienced individuals, and foreigners are also eligible to apply.

The main job openings include ▲advertising planner (AE) ▲TikTok Shop (U.S. and Southeast Asia) operations manager ▲creator commerce product planner (MD) ▲global advertising planner (AE) ▲performance marketer ▲short-form PD ▲creator manager ▲human resources ▲legal affairs ▲TikTok Shop live operations manager ▲TikTok Shop live host, for a total of 12 institutional sectors.

All positions are open to both newcomers and experienced applicants. Even for positions that are already closed, prior applications are possible through the talent pool system. Applications registered in the talent pool will be prioritized for review when future hiring needs arise, and suitable candidates will be contacted individually to proceed with the hiring process.

The hiring process will take place after document screening and first and second interviews. Applicants must submit a freely formatted resume, cover letter, work history, and portfolio. Detailed information related to the hiring process can be found on the WitU website and recruitment platform.

WitU has established itself as a leading corporation in the domestic short-form market after surpassing 100 billion won in cumulative revenue within five years of its founding.

As the first domestic short-form specialized corporation, it has established official partnerships with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Recently, it has also begun aggressively targeting the global short-form market by setting up overseas branches in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
