Asiana Airlines (020560) will supply 13,000 seats available for purchase with mileage on the Gimpo-Jeju route starting next month.
Asiana Airlines began accepting mileage purchase reservations for 102 flights, including three daily flights from Gimpo to Jeju and three from Jeju to Gimpo, during the period from March 4 to March 20, starting on the 18th.
The departure times from Gimpo are 7:10 a.m., 2:50 p.m., and 6:45 p.m., while the departure times from Jeju are 7:10 a.m., 9:05 a.m., and 12:55 p.m. The aircraft used will be the A321, configured with 174 seats (business and economy) and 195 seats (economy).
For domestic mileage tickets, 5,000 miles are deducted for one-way economy class and 6,000 miles for business class. For promotional flights, if there are available seats, paid tickets can also be purchased, allowing for a choice between mileage tickets and paid tickets.
An Asiana Airlines representative noted that "the company plans to continuously expand mileage redemption opportunities in 2025 to actively reflect members' demand for mileage use."
