Samsung is holding a seminar, gathering executives from Samsung Electronics and all its affiliates. As uncertainties in the domestic and international business environments increase, this gathering is interpreted as a means to seek solutions for overcoming crises.

According to industry sources on the 19th, Samsung plans to gather about 2,000 executives from around the world, including South Korea, for nearly two months from the end of this month until the end of April. The target group consists of executives below the rank of vice president, and approximately 2,000 executives are expected to attend sequentially.

The seminar, themed 'Restoration of Samsung's values and education,' will be held at the Hoam Hall of the Samsung Human Resources Development Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.

The seminar is expected to cover the roles and responsibilities of executives in overcoming crises and enhancing organizational management capabilities.

It has been nine years since Samsung last held a seminar for executives from all its affiliates. From 2009 to 2016, Samsung hosted special seminars for executives annually. This initiative aims to explore what roles executives should take on in the face of various uncertainties in the international situation.
