On the 18th, national character 'Catch! TiniPing' creator SAMG Entertainment announced that it has joined forces with global K-POP leader SM Entertainment to combine the K-POP fandom business with characters.

Through this agreement, they plan to present a new paradigm in the global entertainment market with an innovative combination of K-POP and character intellectual property.

Beginning with collaborations between idol intellectual property and character intellectual property, there are plans for diverse and continuous integrated content collaborations featuring SM Entertainment's artists and SAMG Entertainment's 3D animated characters.

The strategic collaboration between the domestic character recognition leader Catch! TiniPing intellectual property and SM Entertainment's rookie girl group 'Hearts2Hearts' is the starting point of this agreement. The eight-member 'Hearts2Hearts' is set to debut on the 24th. Hearts2Hearts plans to produce various forms of collaborative content in conjunction with the Catch! TiniPing universe. Related merchandise is also expected to be sold in the future.

Kim Soo-hun, representative of SAMG Entertainment, said, 'This collaboration is an attempt to go beyond simple character licensing to create a completely new form of content fusion,' adding, 'The unique character power of TiniPing and the global entertainment capabilities of SM Entertainment will create synergy.'

He further noted, 'Through the collaboration with Hearts2Hearts, we plan to naturally expand the target age group of Catch! TiniPing intellectual property to teenagers and introduce a new form of character products.' He added, 'Starting this summer, we will sequentially unveil differentiated content and products utilizing the intellectual properties of both companies.'
