OCI Group's standard business site for people with disabilities, OCI Dream, announced on the 17th that it has opened a healthy dining café called 'Colleague' on the first floor of the OCI Building in Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.

The café has been upgraded from an existing food establishment into a 150-seat dining restaurant utilizing fresh ingredients, designed for customers to enjoy meals and beverages in one place. It offers a variety of menu items including sandwiches and salads for busy office workers, as well as its signature Colleague burger, pasta, and drinks such as kale yuzu smoothie and apple carrot juice.

At Colleague, seven people with developmental disabilities work alongside their non-disabled colleagues as baristas and kitchen assistants.

Founded in 2019, OCI Dream provides quality jobs for more than 30 individuals with mild to moderate disabilities across five business areas: administrative support, asset management, food service, cultural projects, and flower business.

Lee Ji-hyun, the representative of OCI Dream, said, "OCI Dream will continue to make greater efforts in developing job roles and expanding employment for people with disabilities, ensuring they can work in a stable environment."
