HANMI Semiconductor announced on the 12th that it will implement the largest dividends since its establishment.
For the 2024 fiscal year, HANMI Semiconductor's cash dividends will be 720 won per share, totaling 68.3 billion won, surpassing the previous maximum total dividends of 40.5 billion won (420 won per share) in 2023.
A representative of HANMI Semiconductor noted, "With this announcement of 68.3 billion won in the largest dividends since its establishment, we will continue to expand our dividend policy to enhance shareholder returns and corporate value."
Shareholders wishing to receive cash dividends must hold shares of HANMI Semiconductor by the dividend record date of March 7.
HANMI Semiconductor is the world's No. 1 company in market share for key equipment in high bandwidth memory (HBM) manufacturing, having recorded the largest sales in its history last year at 558.9 billion won and operating profit of 255.4 billion won.
