On the 10th, agricultural machinery corporation TYM announced that it successfully held the '2025 TYM Customer Invitation Event' on the 6th at the Gumi Convention Center (GUMICO) in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, with the attendance of over 100 key executives from each institutional sector, including Chairman Kim Hee-yong and President Kim Do-hoon.
TYM hosted this customer invitation event under the slogan 'Beyond innovation, with emotion!' Unlike typical exhibitions that introduce products, TYM explained that it held the event in a large-scale Voice of Customer (VOC) format to emphasize listening directly to customer feedback.
During the largest event ever held, more than 2,500 customers visited in one day to see and test drive over 40 agricultural machinery products, including TYM's new 'T4058P' tractor and 'TH1200' combine.
Products and technologies were also showcased, including 'MYTYM-D.A.V.E', which allows experience of telematics (wireless communication) and autonomous driving, as well as the agricultural machinery autonomous driving kit 'AGDICT' A series launched by the agricultural machinery technology development corporation TYMICT.
President Kim Do-hoon said, 'TYM organized this event with the goal of newly stepping up as the "number one corporation in customer satisfaction," and for this, we will aim for 'quality reform' over the next three years.'
He added, 'We will continuously strive to achieve perfect quality levels across all fields such as products, services, and parts supply so that we can provide them to our customers.'
Chairman Kim Hee-yong also took the stage and said, 'Taking this event as an opportunity, we will work to create opportunities to communicate with our customers and hear their voices more frequently.'
