Polestar, the premium electric vehicle brand of Volvo, noted that it will start accepting test drive registrations for the 'Polestar 4 Dual Motor' from the 3rd.
Test drive applications can be made through the official Polestar website. The test drives will be conducted at a total of five locations, including Space Seoul, Space Gyeonggi (Hanam), Space Busan, Space Jeju, and Daejeon test drive and delivery centers, starting from the 10th.
The Polestar 4 Dual Motor is the fastest model among the mass-produced cars developed by Polestar. It delivers a maximum of 544 horsepower and accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. Based on the 22-inch performance pack, it can travel up to 395 km on a single charge. Polestar explained that the model with 20-inch standard wheels would achieve a travel distance of approximately 430 km on a single charge. Delivery of the Polestar 4 Dual Motor is expected to begin as early as the end of this month and no later than early March.
Polestar has improved the purchase conditions for existing customers by providing a 5% 're-purchase customer benefit.' The existing 4% cashback benefit can be applied in addition. Eligible individuals include personal customers who purchase a Polestar 2 as a new car (excluding long-term rental and used car buyers), and it also applies if an immediate family member purchases the vehicle. Additionally, a Polestar original merchandise worth 500,000 won and a charging voucher of 200,000 won will be provided.
Meanwhile, the Polestar 4 Single Motor, launched at the end of last year, has gained attention for its starting price of 66.9 million won excluding subsidies and sold over 400 units within a month of its release. This car can travel up to 511 km on a single charge.
