The company has carefully selected verified consultants with high ratings and excellent reviews within the platform for quality service management. It stated that it has achieved an average annual growth rate of over 25% since 2022.
Kmong's CEO Kim Tae-hun noted, "Real-time voice consultation will enable deeper consultations, surpassing the limitations of existing consultations," and he mentioned plans to expand the real-time voice consultation feature into various professional fields, such as business consulting.
