Hyundai Motor launched the representative mid-sized truck '2025 The New PAVIS' on the 21st. The PAVIS was first launched in August 2019 and has gained popularity in the commercial vehicle market based on various model lineups and convenience features.
The New PAVIS features additional improvements and standardization of customer-preferred specifications by trim level. Examples include the idle air conditioner and bedroom storage compartments.
To accommodate truckers who spend long hours in their vehicles, Hyundai Motor operates the idle air conditioner and a 230 ampere-hour (Ah) large-capacity battery as new options in the highest prestige trim.
The idle air conditioner is installed on the roof's top. It helps keep the interior comfortable for up to 8 hours during parking without starting the engine (when energy-saving mode is selected), while reducing fuel consumption.
Additionally, an open storage compartment has been newly applied on the side of the bedroom (passenger side) to enhance bedroom usability, and the capacity of the cup holder located in the console has been increased to improve the convenience of holding beverages.
All trims of The New PAVIS come equipped with smartphone wireless charging, which has increased charging output from 5 watts (W) to 10W as standard. The premium trim has elevated its marketability by standardizing customer-preferred features such as the driver's airbag.
