Ceragem announced on the 10th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for sleep technology collaboration with A-Sleep, an artificial intelligence (AI) company focused on sleep analysis, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 held in Las Vegas, the world's largest information technology (IT) and consumer electronics exhibition.

A-Sleep is a sleep tech corporation that analyzes sleep quality through breathing sounds during sleep and provides various services based on AI technology. It received an innovation award in the digital health and AI institutional sector at CES 2025.

Through this MOU with A-Sleep, Ceragem plans to develop and provide various home healthcare appliances and sleep analysis-related technologies, including spinal medical devices and home Medicare beds.

A Ceragem official noted, “Experiencing comfortable sleep without sleep disorders is also a critical factor in maintaining a healthy life,” adding, “We will strive to introduce products and services that allow for comfortable sleep without sleep disorders by integrating A-Sleep's sleep analysis technology and to provide the optimal sleep environment.”

Lee Dong-heon, CEO of A-Sleep, said, “Through this agreement, we will combine Ceragem's innovative home healthcare technology with A-Sleep's AI-based sleep analysis solution to provide users with a better sleep environment and a healthy life.”
