Space management corporation S&I Corporation announced on the 8th that it has completed the transfer of its headquarters to Case Square in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and is making a full leap as a 'comprehensive real estate management corporation.'
S&I is a space management corporation that has experience managing over 500 buildings, including major properties of LG Group affiliates, and more than 21,000 stores.
In 2023, it launched the space management brand "SANDI" and showcased various space management solutions utilizing digital innovation technologies such as artificial intelligence CCTV and a remote management system for electric vehicle fires. Additionally, it is actively pursuing a one-stop comprehensive real estate management service that integrates facility and asset management, targeting large-scale complexes and major business districts.
S&I explained that it has designed its new office as a space embodying the will for change and innovation by applying the SANDI solution. To this end, the main lounge within the office was designed in a stage format, and the offices were arranged in a diagonal format. A system of self-regulated seating has been introduced, creating diverse working spaces such as workation rooms and focus work rooms, tailored to the characteristics of the work.
S&I's CEO Hyung-won Jun noted, "We will enhance the Proptech platform based on the 'innovative DNA' that will be created through new changes and lead the transformation of the commercial real estate management value chain."
