HD Hyundai Oil Bank stated on the 3rd that it is strengthening responsible management through the 'Happiness Sharing Volunteer Program,' in which employees directly participate.
HD Hyundai Oil Bank conducted the upcycling campaign 'Creating a Canvas of Hope' last November, utilizing discarded boxes to create paper canvases. This participatory campaign aims to enhance employee awareness and expand participation in social contribution activities.
The company has consistently engaged in social contribution activities in the Seosan area. The 'Sea Cultivation Project,' now in its 22nd year, is an event aimed at preserving fishery resources in the waters near Seosan. Last June, the company released 200,000 black rockfish fry in the waters off Samgilpo, Seosan, and Nanjido, Dangjin, as part of its ecosystem restoration efforts.
HD Hyundai Oil Bank has also continued its 'Kimjang Sharing Volunteer' initiative for the 13th year for local residents. Last year, it delivered 3,000 cabbages of kimchi made from ingredients purchased from local farms to vulnerable groups.
The company is also continuing projects for culturally and socially marginalized groups. Since 2019, it has supported the production of 'Barrier Free' films, which include subtitles and audio descriptions, allowing visually impaired individuals and multicultural families to enjoy them.
In addition, since 2020, the company has been running the 'K League Dream Assist' program in collaboration with the K League and Adidas for budding soccer players. K League Dream Assist is a program that provides one-on-one mentoring with former and current K League players.
