On the 19th, the funeral service corporation Boram Group announced on the 23rd that it had signed a business agreement with Nonuni Special Forces Entertainment (Nonuni Special Forces) for the development of an AI music IP service product.

The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Ki-tae, CEO of Boram Sangjo Life, and Kim Hyung-seok, CEO of Nonuni Special Forces, along with representatives from both corporations. The two sides will collaborate in the development and sale of AI music products, such as memorial songs, as well as marketing.

Nonuni Special Forces is a comprehensive content corporation established by prominent composer and producer Kim Hyung-seok in 2022. It operates in the content IP business related to music, art, fashion, and more.

Boram Group plans to expedite the creation and marketing of memorial song products through this business agreement. A memorial song is a product that uses AI to produce audio for commemorating or remembering significant moments in a customer's life, such as funerals, anniversaries, weddings, and childbirth. By entering their personal stories into a specialized program, the AI generates lyrics and songs that can be used for various purposes, including mourning, celebration, and commemoration.

Boram Group is also planning memorial songs that incorporate the voice of the deceased. If videos or recordings of the deceased are provided, this service analyzes the voice and produces songs based on that analysis.

Meanwhile, Boram Group is expanding various services utilizing AI technology, including companion robots and digital senior care. It is preparing to develop companion robots and collaborating with digital healthcare corporation Hurei Positive to promote AI-based digital senior care services.
