Just Company is a startup that develops and sells B2B (business-to-business) sales solutions based on generative artificial intelligence (AI). Founded by CEO Park Hye-kyung in December 2021, Park noted, "Before founding the company, I had experience running numerous buyer discovery projects as a sales freelancer," adding, "During this process, I discovered many corporations face common problems in the sales institutional sector."
He explained, "There are already validated methodologies and frameworks in development, marketing, and design roles, but on the other hand, sales is lacking a systematized methodology and professional systems, resulting in most small and medium enterprises (SME) relying on the individual capabilities of a few sales personnel. This situation makes it difficult to strengthen organizational capacity and accumulate know-how."
The company’s Sailytics AI is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that standardizes and automates the entire sales process.
Key features include discovering potential customers through vast data analysis, recommending optimal processes for various sales situations with an AI-based workflow system, a sales support tool that automatically generates sales documents like proposals and emails, and a dashboard that monitors sales activities in real-time and analyzes performance.
Park explained, "Sailytics AI is strong in Korean natural language processing technology and has developed a language model that deeply understands domestic business practices and cultural characteristics. Through this, we are providing solutions optimized for the domestic corporate environment, meeting the needs of client corporations and enhancing competitiveness."
Sailytics’ main targets are small and medium IT companies struggling with digital transformation in the sales field. The company went through a process of verifying and advancing its technology and service model by conducting proofs of concept (POC) with SMEs.
Just Company has a team of 10 members, including CEO Park. The company achieved sales of 730 million won this year, a 47% increase compared to the previous year.
Just Company is currently developing the minimum viable product (MVP) of Sailytics AI, aiming for a formal launch in 2025. This year, the company developed core technologies such as data collection for sales activities, AI model development and validation, and platform architecture design.
Just Company is also seeking to enter the global market. The plan is to enhance the current language models in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and to develop multilingual models that learn the business cultures of new countries and regions, establishing a foundation for overseas market penetration.
Park emphasized, "We will strengthen the integration with various corporate systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and groupware to establish ourselves as a true 'artificial intelligence sales assistant.'"
Meanwhile, Just Company is a resident company of Dongguk University’s Campus Town and is receiving support from the Seoul City and Dongguk University Campus Town. The Campus Town Project Team selects promising startups as resident companies and provides a startup support space, practical training, and ongoing advisory from experts, along with various startup incubation programs.
