SM Culture & Content (SM C&C), the advertising agency affiliated with SM, announced on the 23rd that it has appointed Hong Jun-hwa, former vice president of Chai Communications, as the new head of its advertising division.
Hong Jun-hwa, head of the advertising division, is a communication expert with 30 years in the advertising industry. He joined Geumgang Planning in 1995 and has served in key roles at major advertising agencies as well as head of planning at SM C&C's advertising division before becoming the vice president of Chai Communications.
The company noted that it deemed him the right person to solidify SM C&C's status in the rapidly changing advertising industry.
Based on his long-established advertising expertise, Hong Jun-hwa plans to play a leading role in enhancing the future competitiveness and sales capability of SM C&C's advertising division as his top priority.
