Audi Korea announced on the 18th that it will launch the redesigned large premium sports utility vehicle (SUV) 'Audi Q7' and start sales on the 20th.
The newly launched 'The New Audi Q7' is a redesigned version of the existing model, featuring a new design single frame, HD matrix LED headlights equipped with laser light and OLED taillights, and adaptive air suspension (which adjusts the vehicle's height in real-time). Convenience features for the driver have also been added.
The exterior has been applied with a newly designed single frame, and the premium model and 'The New Audi SQ7' come standard with the S line exterior package, black package, and Audi sport wheels. The dual twin mufflers (exhausts) mounted on 'The New Audi SQ7' add a sporty appeal, according to Audi.
'The New Audi Q7' and 'The New Audi SQ7' models are equipped with HD matrix LED headlights featuring laser light and digital OLED taillights for high visibility. In particular, the digital light signature feature allows drivers to choose their preferred light design from four different signature light designs.
Advanced safety and premium convenience features equipped with Audi's cutting-edge technology have also been included. A notable example is the exit warning system, which temporarily prevents the doors from opening when a radar sensor mounted at the rear detects approaching vehicles or bicycles moving quickly from behind or in the blind spot, accompanied by side mirror and door LED flashing.
All models include adaptive air suspension, which allows the vehicle height to be adjusted up to 90 mm based on driving conditions and driver preferences. The 'dynamic all-wheel steering' system, which combines stability with dynamic steering movements, is also standard.
It will be released in a total of four trims: the basic and premium versions of 'The New Audi Q7 50 TDI Quattro' and the basic and premium versions of 'The New Audi Q7 55 TFSI Quattro.' The 50 TDI Quattro is equipped with a diesel engine and 8-speed Tiptronic transmission, while the 55 TFSI Quattro features a gasoline engine and 8-speed Tiptronic transmission.
The 50 TDI Quattro has a maximum output of 286 horsepower, a maximum torque of 61.18 kgm, a top speed of 241 km/h (safety limited speed), and it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds. The 55 TFSI Quattro boasts a powerful performance with a maximum output of 340 horsepower and a maximum torque of 51 kgm. Its top speed is 250 km/h (safety limited speed), and it reaches 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds.
'The New Audi Q7 50 TDI Quattro' is priced at 115.6 million won, while 'The New Audi Q7 50 TDI Quattro Premium' is priced at 121 million won. 'The New Audi Q7 55 TFSI Quattro' is set at 118.6 million won, 'The New Audi Q7 55 TFSI Quattro Premium' is priced at 124 million won, and 'The New Audi SQ7 TFSI' costs 141.9 million won.
