Business data platform corporations COOCON(294570) said on the 9th that it completed the Credit Counseling & Recovery Service (CCRS)'s "financial sector MyData introduction project" and built an environment to use financial MyData at service counters across 52 branches nationwide.
The company said this project is the first case of applying financial MyData in the public sector. The Credit Counseling & Recovery Service (CCRS) can provide MyData services not only through non-face-to-face channels but also in-person channels, enabling digitally vulnerable groups to use their own financial information at service counters. COOCON, as the lead operator of this project, implemented an in-person MyData use system that runs from identity verification to requests and inquiries for transmission of financial information by applying the "MyData All-in-One" solution.
The solution integrates and provides functions necessary to operate MyData services, including data connectivity with 450 institutions such as financial institutions and big tech corporations; a MyData collection application programming interface (API·Application Programming Iinterface); integrated management of identity verification and APIs for requests to transmit personal credit information; and monitoring of usage status.
Customers visiting the Credit Counseling & Recovery Service (CCRS) can reduce the burden of submitting complex supporting documents and check at once, at the service counter, financial information scattered across multiple financial institutions. Counselors can also support swift and accurate debt adjustment counseling and screening based on the financial information that customers agreed to transmit.
