In next week's initial public offering (IPO) market, demand forecasts for institutional investors will continue for seven corporations without any new listings. As schedules wrap up for corporations that already entered demand forecasting, companies across a range of industries, including semiconductor equipment, robots, and artificial intelligence (AI), will be evaluated by institutions.
According to the financial investment industry on the 5th, Global Technologies and Bigwave Robotics will conduct demand forecasting from the 7th to the 11th.
Global Technologies is a corporation that produces equipment for semiconductor manufacturing processes. It set the desired offering price at 13,000–15,000 won. The lead manager is Korea Investment & Securities Co.
Bigwave Robotics will also conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors during the same period. It operates the automation platform "Marosol," which connects corporations seeking to adopt robots with robot suppliers. The desired offering price is 15,000–18,000 won. Eugene Investment & Securities and Mirae Asset Securities were appointed as lead manager and co-manager, respectively.
Bigwave Robotics adjusted its desired offering price several times during the listing process. The current price band is the range finalized after repeated revisions to the original plan.
Duksan Navcours will conduct demand forecasting from the 8th to the 14th. It is a defense corporation that develops and produces satellite navigation receivers and navigation devices based on satellite navigation and navigation electronics technologies. The desired offering price is 12,400–14,600 won.
From the 9th, demand forecasting for Elice and Brils will begin. Both corporations will conduct demand forecasting to determine the offering price for institutional investors through the 15th.
Elice, an AI education platform corporation, proposed 74,000–90,500 won as the desired offering price. Mirae Asset Securities is the lead manager, and Samsung Securities is the co-manager. Brils is a robot automation specialist corporation, and its desired offering price is 16,500–19,500 won. IBK Securities is the lead manager.
The schedules for corporations that previously entered demand forecasting will also continue through next week. Neosapience, an AI voice generation corporation, will conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors from the 2nd to the 8th, and Wise Planet Company, a media commerce corporation, will do so from the 4th to the 10th.
Neosapience's desired offering price is 13,800–15,800 won. It operates the Generative AI-based voice and video production platform "Typecast," providing services that render text into voice and video content. Daishin Securities is the lead manager.
Wise Planet Company proposed 10,000–12,000 won as the desired offering price. As a media commerce corporation that performs everything directly from product planning to marketing and sales, it operates the filter showerhead "Dr. PL," the bedding brand "Nujam," and the cosmetics brand "Irenol."
Neosapience will take subscriptions for general investors. Based on the results of the institutional demand forecast, it plans to finalize the offering price on the 9th and proceed with the general subscription on the 10th–11th.
