Daol Financial Group said on the 18th that it is speeding up efforts to push its artificial intelligence transformation (AX, AI Transformation).
The strategy is to embed AI across the group by applying Generative AI technology on multiple fronts, including preparing customer-facing investment services, improving internal work systems, and providing capability-building training for employees.
Daol Financial Group is executing a "two-track" approach that introduces AI services to broaden customer touchpoints while elevating members' AI capabilities.
The first pillar of the group's AX strategy is expanding AI-based customer touchpoints. Affiliate Daol Investment & Securities recently began preorders for the "MCP Trading" service. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a global standard specification that enables Generative AI such as ChatGPT and Claude to connect with external data and functions. MCP Trading can be installed with a single command line without complex coding procedures. Within the Generative AI chat window, users can not only check key investment information such as ▲ domestic stock quotes ▲ holdings ▲ account balance ▲ available order amount, but also place stock order requests in everyday conversational form.
Starting with the official launch of the MCP Trading service, Daol Investment & Securities plans to sequentially roll out an API platform loaded with various functions.
It also plans to successively introduce a trading platform developed in collaboration with global online securities firm IBKR (Interactive Brokers) and an integration service with the global chart analysis platform TradingView, to build a multifaceted open investment ecosystem.
Internally, efforts are underway to apply AI technology to actual work. Daol Financial Group is running an "AI utilization capability enhancement" course for all employees at Daol Investment & Securities, Daol Savings Bank, Daol Asset Management, and Daol Private Equity (PE).
The curriculum is field-centered, ranging from core techniques for writing prompts to data analysis and "Vibe Coding," which generates code through natural language instructions. Employees will build AI prototypes directly in their areas of responsibility, and after completing the course, they will participate in an advanced "AI practical adoption project" to apply them to real work.
Cases of adopting AI in the field are also on the rise. A representative example is "AUTO QC," introduced for customer consultation quality management. AUTO QC is a system that automatically analyzes consultation records to precisely verify whether required notifications were carried out and to assess the consultation level.
