NH Investment & Securities said on the 14th that it will recruit subscribers on a first-come, first-served basis for "N2 IMA1 No. 3," the third comprehensive investment account (IMA) product, from the 18th to the 24th.
This product is a medium-term product with a maturity of 2 years and 3 months, with a total issuance amount of 120 billion won. The performance fee hurdle rate was raised to 4.5% per year from the previous 4.0%. A performance fee rate of 40% applies to revenue exceeding the hurdle rate.
Previously, the IMA No. 1 and No. 2 products that NH Investment & Securities recruited in April and June, respectively, sold out early. NH Investment & Securities expects demand to continue from investors seeking a higher expected return than market rates and stable fund management.
An IMA is a product in which a securities firm guarantees principal payment and pursues revenue by investing client funds in corporate finance (IB) assets such as acquisition finance, corporate loans, and corporate bonds. NH Investment & Securities plans to invest in high-quality medium- to long-term corporate finance asset based on its IB capabilities and creditworthiness.
The product may close early when the cap is reached, and subscriptions are available at NH Investment & Securities branches nationwide and through the MTS "NH Investment & Securities (N2)" and "NAMUH."
Bae Kwang-su, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, said, "We will continue to supply IMA products that link competitive rates tailored to market conditions with high-quality corporate finance assets to remain a reliable asset growth partner for customers."
