Yim Jong-ryong, chairman of Woori Financial Group, will visit Japan and Taiwan through the 25th to hold investor relations (IR) sessions for global investors.
Woori Financial Group said on the 22nd that Chairman Yim will hold one-on-one meetings with major investment institutions in Japan and Taiwan during this overseas IR to share management strategies and ways to enhance corporations value.
The IR aims to directly explain Woori Financial Group's mid- to long-term growth strategy, capital policy, and shareholder return direction to global investors. Yim plans to focus on explaining that Woori Financial Group's capital strength and growth foundation are being reinforced in a stable manner. He will also explain that the group is supplementing its bank-centered revenue structure with the launch of Woori Investment & Securities and the acquisitions of Tongyang Life Insurance and ABL Life Insurance, and is strengthening its integrated financial group framework.
