Mirae Asset Securities has closed the first tranche of the SpaceX IPO subscription for individual and corporate professional investors.
According to the financial investment industry on the 5th, Mirae Asset Securities on this day held a private subscription for SpaceX IPO shares from 8:30 a.m. for individual and corporate professional investors. Because it is not a public offering subscription, general retail investors cannot participate. The private subscription is said to have closed within minutes.

Mirae Asset Securities plans to take subscriptions for the remaining $200 million through the 8th of this month. The minimum participation amount is $100,000, and the maximum is $3 million.

The amount to be allocated to Mirae Asset Group is expected to be finalized on the 11th.
