The Financial Business Division of Koscom said on the 1st that it held "AI Insight Day" on the 29th. About 100 employees attended the event, and cases of applying artificial intelligence (AI) to actual work were shared.
The first session introduced practical AI use cases applicable to financial IT development work and directions for future adoption. The presentation shared cases of applying AI to key work areas, including an AI work portal, a greenhouse gas emissions allowance FEP, and a specialized protocol management program.
In the following presentation on cases of using AI Workspace, cases of work automation using Generative AI tools were introduced. Cases immediately applicable in the field, such as linking external knowledge and automatically generating proposal documents, were shared. The presentation also introduced an in-house developed AI-based work support environment and examples of configuring a web interface.
In the final session, the department in charge of promoting companywide AX (AI transition) announced the status of the internal AI-use environment and promotion plans.
