Yuanta Securities Korea said on the 1st that sales of the iM Asset Hero Selection Securities Investment Trust (private investment fund of funds), which it sold exclusively for about three months, surpassed 50 billion won as of the 22nd of last month.
This fund is a public offering fund that diversifies by including flagship private funds from private equity managers that have shown strong performance. As underlying funds, it includes flagship private funds from promising private managers, including W, Must, Gudo, Quad, and DS.
An official at Yuanta Securities Korea said, "A strength is that investors can invest in some private funds that were sold successfully in the market last year and then closed through this fund, and that they can make indirect investments in private funds with small amounts without investment amount limits."
Investors can subscribe to the fund through Yuanta Securities Korea branches nationwide, its website, and the mobile trading system "T rader M." The product's investment risk is rated "very high risk (grade 1)" and is suitable for revenue-first customers, and there is no redemption fee.
