Univest Investment Advisory Co. said on the 18th that it offered stock consultations to about 1,500 visitors at the Seoul Money Show, held for three days from the 7th at Coex in Gangnam District, Seoul.
Univest Investment Advisory Co. introduced asset management and investment advisory services specialized in Korea's stock market to visitors at the Seoul Money Show at Coex in Gangnam, Seoul. It also conducted one-on-one stock consultations for visitors who came to its booth during the event.
Univest Investment Advisory Co. received approval to operate an investment advisory business in 1997 and registered for discretionary investment management in 1999, and has directly managed Korea's stock market for more than 28 years.
It cites as strengths its hands-on management experience and risk management capabilities accumulated through periods of sharp market volatility and structural transition, including the IMF foreign exchange crisis, the 2008 global financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jung Eun-yong, executive managing director of the investment strategy division at Univest Investment Advisory Co., said, "It was an opportunity to directly explain to visitors our 28 years of management know-how and crisis response experience," adding, "The more volatile the market, the more important a proven track record and risk management become, and we will continue to actively provide information that investors can refer to when choosing an advisory firm."
