Koscom said on the 6th that the Financial Services Commission will recruit corporations to participate in the "2026 D-Testbed" project.
"D-Testbed" is a Financial Services Commission Fintech support program that helps Fintech corporations and prospective founders demonstrate and verify innovative ideas by using combined financial and nonfinancial data and a secure analytics environment.
In this project, Koscom is responsible for providing data and operating the analytics environment. Participating corporations receive a comprehensive package that includes ▲ combined financial and nonfinancial data ▲ support for a remote data analytics environment ▲ mentoring by experts in each field ▲ a feasibility evaluation opinion letter.
In particular, this year, as demand for developing generative artificial intelligence (AI) and data-based financial services has surged, a new "GPU support track" was established to provide a high-performance AI computing environment. Participating corporations will receive support for a high-performance GPU-based computing environment so they can develop and verify new AI models using their own data.
Kim Seong-deok, head of Koscom's digital asset business division, said, "Through this project, Fintech corporations will have an opportunity to connect their ideas to actual services," and added, "We expect it will help lower the expense burden of building AI development infrastructure and promote the development of various innovative services."
Corporations and prospective founders who wish to participate can apply online through the D-Testbed website from on the 20th of last month to on the 15th.
