Korea Exchange (KRX) said on the 27th that it will hold a "regional relay briefing on disclosures related to corporate governance reports" in four regions nationwide (Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon) for KOSPI-listed corporations' disclosure officers and others.
According to the exchange, the briefing was planned to support smooth disclosure of corporate governance reports by regional listed corporations, as the obligation to submit corporate governance reports has been expanded this year to all KOSPI-listed corporations.
The briefing will guide participants on the core purpose of the corporate governance disclosure system and will focus on instructions for preparing corporate governance reports and examples of strong entries.
On this day, a briefing was held at the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC) for KOSPI-listed corporations in the Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang regions. It will be followed by regional briefings in Daegu on the 28th, Gwangju on the 29th and Daejeon on the 30th.
