Samsung Securities said it will hold an "April new account opening event" for new customers using Samsung Financial Networks' integrated platform "monimo."
The event runs from Apr. 1 to 30 and is for customers opening a Samsung Securities account for the first time through the monimo app. Monimo is an integrated financial platform that lets users do everything from account opening to stock transaction and asset management in one place.
First, all new customers who open an event-eligible account will receive 10 "special jellies," which can be converted and used like cash in monimo, by May.
In addition, prizes will be offered to these customers through a drawing. Mobile gift certificates usable at E-MART and GS Caltex gas stations will be awarded to a total of 2,633 people: ▲ 1st place 1 million won (7 people) ▲ 2nd place 10,000 won (613 people) ▲ 3rd place 5,000 won (2,013 people).
Also, the first 15,000 of the very first new customers who opened an account from Mar. 15 to Apr. 30 will receive 20,000 won in domestic stock investment support funds. The support funds can be used like cash when making domestic stock transactions.
