Yuanta Securities Korea said on the 6th that it introduced "Compliance & Life," an artificial intelligence (AI)-based video training content for employees, as part of its "2026 compliance education plan."
According to Yuanta Securities Korea, the content uses AI-driven scenario creation and video production technology to build highly engaging material, prepared to cultivate employees' commitment to legal compliance and strengthen ethical awareness.
Employees can watch the videos and check course completion through the provided QR code. In particular, the company noted that by visualizing internal control standards and related laws with case-based examples, the program is designed to help employees easily understand complex regulations and apply them to actual work.
Choi Hae-ho, compliance officer at Yuanta Securities Korea, said, "Internal control must go beyond simple rule-following and be firmly established as an organizational culture," adding, "We will continue to strengthen employees' compliance awareness and ethical culture with a variety of ideas, including AI-based video training content."
