Hana Financial Group on the 5th unveiled collaboration goods to support the creative activities and economic independence of artists with developmental disabilities. Brands across various industries, including PUMA, Coffee Bean Korea, and Monami, took part in the collaboration to produce everyday items as goods, such as ▲ tumblers ▲ eco bags ▲ felt-tip pens ▲ T-shirts ▲ card wallets.
These goods are award-winning works from "Hana Art Bus," an art contest that Hana Financial has held every year since 2022 for artists with developmental disabilities to improve awareness of disabilities and spread an inclusive culture. Proceeds from sales will support the artistic activities of artists with disabilities and help their healthy economic independence.
Hana Financial plans to donate all proceeds from the goods sales to Spring Shine, a social enterprise that nurtures artists with disabilities, helping ensure that the funds are reinvested to boost the creative work of artists with developmental disabilities and expand their opportunities to enter society. In addition, 50% of the amount donated by Hana Financial will be paid as royalties to the artists with developmental disabilities who participated in the collaboration to produce the goods.
All goods will be available for purchase from the 17th to June 23 at a separate sales booth on the first floor of the Hana Bank Euljiro headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A Hana Financial ESG Planning Team official said, "We will continue to do our best to create points of contact and opportunities to support the social advancement and economic independence of people with disabilities."
