Korea Exchange (KRX) said on Apr. 2 that it will co-host the "ICGN Korea Conference 2026" with the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) on Apr. 14.
The conference is designed to publicize the performance of Korea's corporate governance and programs to enhance corporate value, and to discuss stewardship and global governance trends with domestic and overseas stakeholders.
The event will feature presentations and panel discussions on topics including ▲ Korea's corporate governance ▲ the stewardship code ▲ global trends in corporate governance.
Jen Sisson, CEO of ICGN, will deliver the opening remarks, and Kathleen Collins, vice president at global asset manager Matthews Asia, will give the keynote address.
A Korea Exchange (KRX) official said, "We will continue to communicate with a wide range of market participants, including domestic and overseas institutional investors, about the outcomes and direction of governance improvements at domestically listed corporations."
