DB Insurance paid performance bonuses equal to 450% of salary to its employees and those of its affiliates this year. That is a slight decrease from a year earlier.
According to the insurance industry on the 30th, DB Insurance recently paid employees a performance bonus equal to 450% of salary. DB Insurance posted record results in 2024 and paid a performance bonus equal to 550% of the previous year's salary, but last year net profit fell 13.4% from a year earlier, and the bonuses also decreased somewhat.
DB Insurance applies the same standard to its affiliates once the size of the bonus pool is set. Accordingly, affiliates such as DB CSI Loss Adjusting are also said to have received performance bonuses equal to 450% of salary. A DB Insurance official said, "As last year's net profit decreased from a year earlier, the size of the bonuses also went down."
