On the 27th, according to the "2026 changes in assets of senior public officials" disclosed in the official gazette by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee, President Kim Kyung-hwan of Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) reported assets of 5.5656 billion won, up 980.06 million won from a year earlier under the names of himself, his spouse, and Kim's parents.
Kim reported a total of three apartments. The apartment owned by Kim is located in Songpa District, Seoul, and its value rose by 216 million won from a year earlier to 2.849 billion won. The apartment inherited by the spouse is located in Yongsan District, Seoul, and is valued at 499.77 million won.
Kim's parents jointly own an apartment in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, with a current value of 139 million won. In addition, Kim reported, under the spouse's name, land (76.21 million won), deposits (1.61959 billion won), and securities (410.46 million won).
President Jeong Jeong-hun of Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) reported 5.53752 billion won, an increase of 941.56 million won from a year earlier. Jeong owns one apartment in Seocho District, Seoul, under the spouse's name, and the value of that apartment rose by 471 million won to 2.827 billion won.
Chairperson Choi Won-mok of Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT) reported 5.3015 billion won under the names of himself, his spouse, his eldest son, and his second son. That was down 44.31 million won from a year earlier. Choi and his spouse jointly own one apartment in Seocho District, Seoul, valued at 614.94 million won.
Chairman Park Sang-jin of Korea Development Bank reported 1.2704 billion won under the names of himself, his spouse, his second daughter, and his third daughter. That was up 73.95 million won from a year earlier. Park owns an apartment in Jeonju under his name and two apartments in Bucheon under his spouse's name, valued at 1.31 billion won and 4.53 billion won, respectively.
