Eugene Investment & Securities said on the 20th that it selected the "2026 master private banker (PB)."
At the "2026 master PB kickoff ceremony" held on the 17th at the headquarters of Eugene Investment & Securities in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Eum Ji-young, deputy head of the Champions Lounge Finance Center, PB Tak Hye-jin, and PB Jeong Jin-uk of the Busan WM Center were selected as new master PBs. With this, a total of nine master PBs will be active going forward.
Eugene Investment & Securities selects master PBs every year from on-site PBs with expertise in financial products to strengthen competitiveness in comprehensive asset management. Master PBs are finally selected through a comprehensive evaluation of their sales performance and expertise in financial products.
The company said the master PB program, introduced in 2021, has helped invigorate financial product sales and foster a positive sales culture. In fact, as of last year, master PBs' financial product revenue increased 27% from the previous year, and asset size also grew 22%.
Eugene Investment & Securities operates various support programs for master PBs, including support for sales activity expenses and assistance with joining professional communities.
Through close collaboration between the newly established "HNW support team (High Net Worth)" this year and the master PBs, the company plans to identify the needs of HNW clients and on-site insights and expand tailored asset management services.
Yu Man-sik, head of the WM division at Eugene Investment & Securities, said, "Going forward, we plan to serve as core PBs who lead asset management for HNW clients, beyond being leaders in financial products."
