The employee who received the highest annual pay at Hana Securities last year was Senior Managing Director-level Kim Dong-hyun, who took home 2.176 billion won.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service electronic disclosure on the 17th, Kim, who holds the title of branch specialist executive-equivalent senior managing director, received a total of 2.176 billion won in compensation last year, including 122 million won in salary, 2.048 billion won in bonuses, and 6 million won in other earned income.
That amounts to 3.3 times the pay of CEO Kang Sung-mook (659 million won).
Following were branch contract employee Director General Kim Yong-gi with 1.899 billion won and Sales Senior Managing Director Kim Tae-sung with 1.815 billion won in compensation, respectively. Senior Managing Director-level Kwon Young-je (1.791 billion won) and Sales Director Park Moon-hwan (1.509 billion won) also ranked near the top.
Meanwhile, the average annual salary per employee at Hana Securities for 1,746 workers (937 regular and 809 fixed-term) was 147 million won, and the average length of service was 10 years and 10 months.
