Toss Securities said on the 16th that it is hiring across all job categories through the 31st of this month. This is the largest recruitment since Toss Securities launched.

Applicants may apply to multiple positions and must have at least three years of experience in the relevant role.
The hiring process begins with a document screening, followed by a role interview, a culture-fit interview, and reference checks. Depending on the role, a portfolio submission, assignment, and coding test may be added.
Toss Securities also plans to run a "Coffee Chat" program for prospective applicants through the 31st, the application deadline. Through the coffee chat, applicants can communicate with current Toss Securities employees and learn about role competencies and the organizational culture.
