GW Vitek, a corporations specializing in bio research and lab equipment sales, was designated an unfaithful disclosure company in Sep. 2024 for exceeding 15 cumulative penalty points, making it subject to a substantive review of listing eligibility. Afterward, in Jan. last year, the Korea Exchange (KRX) decided to delist the company.
Following the company's objection, a nine-month improvement period was granted from Apr. last year to Jan. this year, but on the 3rd, the KOSDAQ Market Committee of the Korea Exchange (KRX) gave final approval for delisting.
Closing transactions will run from today through the 16th, and the stock will be delisted on the 17th, the next trading day.
