The KOSDAQ Association has appointed Lee Dong-hyun, chair of OSANG Healthcare (65), as senior vice chair.
The KOSDAQ Association said on the 26th that it held the "2026 regular general meeting of members" and appointed Lee as the new senior vice chair. Kim Chang-gyun, CEO of Aiji net, and Park Sang-soon, CEO of GnBS Eco, were appointed as vice chairs.
New senior vice chair Lee Dong-hyun also serves as chair of Osang Group. Lee earned a master's in management information systems from Hanyang University and a master's in business administration from Korea University, and since 2012 has served as an adjunct professor at the School of International Studies at Sejong University.
KOSDAQ Association Chair Lee Dong-hoon said, "As the association enters a new KOSDAQ era, we will work to improve the regulatory environment and enhance member corporations' corporate value through practical and sustained policy proposals, surveys and research, and proactive responses to changes in the business environment," adding, "We will strengthen our foundation for cooperation by expanding internal and external networks and activating communication with member companies."
At the same time, it appointed Kang Jae-gu, CEO of OSP, and Song Eun-kang, CEO of Capstone Partners, as auditors. Eight people — Kim Sun-jung, CEO of V-ONE TECH; Kim In-gyu, CEO of IT-CHEM; Yoon Ho-young, CEO of Curiosis; Lim Dae-geun, CEO of Simplattform; Jeong Bong-jin, CEO of KNS; Jeong Woo-cheol, CEO of Everybot; Cho Ho-kyung, CEO of Mdevice; and Choi Geun-sik, CEO of Lincsolution — were appointed as new directors.
Meanwhile, under the vision "A compass for growth leading the future, KOSDAQ!", the KOSDAQ Association finalized its main business plans for this year as follows: ▲ establish a foundation for easing KOSDAQ regulatory conditions and enhancing corporations' value ▲ strengthen member support services to respond to changes in the business environment ▲ reinforce the cooperation base through expansion of internal and external networks and activation of communication ▲ enhance the KOSDAQ brand value and external credibility ▲ improve the efficiency of the secretariat's operations.
