The KOSDAQ Association has appointed Lee Dong-hyun, chair of OSANG Healthcare (65), as senior vice chair.
The KOSDAQ Association said it held the "2026 regular general meeting of members" on the 26th and appointed Lee as the new senior vice chair. Chief Executive Officer Kim Chang-gyun of Aiji net and Chief Executive Officer Park Sang-soon of GnBS Eco were appointed vice chairs.
New senior vice chair Lee Dong-hyun also serves as chair of Osang Group. Lee earned a master's degree in management information systems from Hanyang University and a master's in business administration from Korea University, and has served as an adjunct professor at the School of International Studies at Sejong University since 2012.
Lee Dong-hoon, chair of the KOSDAQ Association, said, "As we enter a new KOSDAQ era, the association will work to improve the regulatory environment and enhance member corporations' corporate value through practical and sustained policy proposals, research and studies, and proactive responses to changes in the business environment," adding, "We will strengthen the foundation for cooperation by expanding networks at home and abroad and activating communication with member companies."
In addition, the association appointed Kang Jae-gu, CEO of OSP, and Song Eun-kang, CEO of Capstone Partners, as auditors. Eight people were appointed new directors: CEO Kim Seon-jung of V-ONE TECH, CEO Kim In-gyu of IT-CHEM, CEO Yoon Ho-young of Curiosis, CEO Lim Dae-geun of Simplatform, CEO Jung Bong-jin of KNS, CEO Jung Woo-cheol of Everybot, CEO Cho Ho-kyung of Mdevice, and CEO Choi Geun-sik of Lincsolution.
Meanwhile, under the vision "A compass for growth leading the future, KOSDAQ!" this year, the KOSDAQ Association finalized its main business plans as follows: ▲ establishing a foundation for easing the KOSDAQ regulatory environment and enhancing corporations' value ▲ strengthening member support services to respond to changes in the business environment ▲ strengthening the foundation for cooperation by expanding domestic and overseas networks and activating communication ▲ enhancing the KOSDAQ brand value and external credibility ▲ improving the efficiency of the secretariat's operations.
