Daishin Securities Co. said on the 16th it will run the transaction event "Benefits today and tomorrow" through the 30th of this month to encourage domestic stock transactions by individual investors.
Eligible participants are customers who transacted domestic listed stocks, including exchange-traded funds (ETF) and exchange-traded notes (ETN). Customers who wish to take part can apply on the Creon website and in the mobile home trading service (MTS) and HTS event sections.
Ten people will be selected by lottery each day, with 10,000 won for customers with transaction amounts of at least 1 billion won, 20,000 won for at least 3 billion won, and 100,000 won for at least 20 billion won, and an additional 15 people will be selected to receive 50,000 won for transaction amounts of at least 1 billion won.
Cho Tae-won, head of customer solutions at Daishin Securities Co., said, "We prepared this event to provide tangible benefits to customers as interest in the domestic stock market has grown," adding, "We will encourage active investing through rewards based on transaction size."
