Kyobo Securities said on the 16th that it will openly recruit internship trainees linked to employment for the first half of this year.
The recruitment targets the IT division in line with the accelerating trend of digital transformation (DX).
Applicants must be graduates or prospective graduates of four-year universities, or talents with equivalent capabilities.
The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, written test and practical interview, and those selected will complete an internship for about four weeks starting in March.
After completing the internship, only the final selectees will be hired as regular employees (grade 5) after an executive interview.
Applications can be submitted online through the Kyobo Securities recruitment website by the 30th of this month.
Human resources support director Lee Kyung-min said, "We look forward to the interest and applications of many talents who will lead changes in the future financial environment based on IT technology capabilities."
