Daishin Securities Co. said on the 12th it will hold the "2026 welcome home event," offering free domestic stock transaction fees for customers who have not had any stock transactions in the past six months.
Eligible customers are those whose accounts were opened more than six months ago but who had no stock transactions from July to Dec. 2025.
Participants must apply separately on the event pages of Daishin Securities Co.'s home trading system (HTS) and the mobile trading system (MTS) for Cybos and Creon.
After applying for the event, transaction fees are waived for domestic stock transactions made via HTS and MTS, with only related agency charges applied. Eligible products include domestic stocks, ETFs, ETNs, ELWs, and K-OTC.
Cho Tae-won, head of client solutions at Daishin Securities Co., said, "We prepared the event to reduce the burden for customers looking to resume stock transactions as Korea's stock market regains momentum," and added, "We hope this becomes an opportunity for investors who have not had transactions for a long period to reenter the market."
