Samsung Securities said on the 8th it published a limited run of 2,000 copies of "Heritage Solution 2026," a tax and real estate consulting booklet for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
"Heritage Solution 2026" offers solutions to three core topics that weigh most on asset holders: financial taxation, inheritance and gifts, and real estate.
First, the "financial taxation" section details the tax system for high earners from financial income and tax-saving strategies using financial products. In particular, it systematically organizes case-by-case tax-saving strategies that stock investors must know, enhancing practical usefulness in actual investing.
The "inheritance and gifts" section takes a multidimensional look at real concerns and solutions through tailored cases for real estate and financial asset holders. In particular, it includes how to use "testamentary substitute trusts," which have emerged as a key tool for a smooth transfer of wealth, and proposes a differentiated succession strategy.
The "real estate" section covers analysis of complexes slated for sale and occupancy in 2026 and the procedures for redevelopment and reconstruction projects. It also adds ways to use real estate trusts for asset holders, presenting asset defense strategies in a rapidly changing real estate market.

Meanwhile, Samsung Securities will hold a customer seminar at 2 p.m. on the 13th at the Seocho Samsung Finance Campus to mark the publication of "Heritage Solution 2026." The seminar will cover the 2026 asset market outlook and investment strategies, strategies for navigating the real estate market, and tax-saving strategies for gifts and inheritance, and all attending customers will receive a copy of "Heritage Solution 2026."
