Existing investor LB Investment and Z Venture Capital (ZVC), as well as new investors GS Ventures and APR Co., participated in this round.
RXC is a startup founded in 2021 by CEO Yuhanik, who served as CEO and chairman of Tmon.
Prism is a retail media platform that connects consumer discovery and experience through immersive digital media content.
Prism has accumulated 1 million domestic subscribers, and the average spend per customer is more than 1.5 million won.
CEO Yu said Prism's unique way of planning "special experiences" and delivering them as immersive digital media content led to company-wide growth, and added that the company will continue to accelerate Prism's virtuous growth as a retail media platform covering premium hotels and travel as well as the K-culture sector.
