President Lee Jae-myung launched the Public Growth Fund and handed out pizza to employees of the Financial Services Commission as a gesture of encouragement for contributing to revitalizing the stock market.
According to the financial sector on the 6th, pizza ordered by the president was delivered to the Financial Services Commission that afternoon. Earlier, at the end of last year, the president sent pizza to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Presidential Security Service. On this day, pizza was sent to the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
The Financial Services Commission (FSC) received good reviews after presenting a shift to productive finance, including the launch of the Public Growth Fund, and measures to boost the capital market as key agenda items at the presidential briefing on Dec. 19. It was also the day the KOSPI broke through the 4,500 mark for the first time ever.
