Kyobo Securities said on the 2nd that it has newly launched the mobile trading service (MTS) "simple mode."
Kyobo Securities said it reduced complex functions and built an intuitive user environment with the introduction of simple mode, taking into account the needs of the digitally vulnerable as well as Millennials and Gen Z.
It also maintained continuity with the existing service and improved user convenience by allowing users to switch modes freely as needed. It simplified the screen layout around core functions with high usage frequency, such as asset inquiry and transfers and domestic and overseas stock trading, significantly shortening the access path.
It also enlarged text size and applied bold, clear fonts to improve readability. It restrained screen colors to reduce eye strain and widened button spacing to prevent mistouches.
A Kyobo Securities official said, "We also strengthened consumer protection features to prevent financial fraud damage by providing explanatory assist functions in key transaction processes and expanding reporting accessibility," adding, "we will build a digital finance environment that anyone can use easily and safely."
