Kwangju Bank said on the 30th that it carried out an executive reshuffle appointing five new deputy executive vice presidents.
Kang Ji-hun, head of sales; Kim Hong-hwa, head of WM customer division; Kim Won-ju, head of the Culture Complex branch; Park Seong-min, head of comprehensive planning; and Park Dae-ha, head of digital planning, were appointed as new deputy executive vice presidents.
With this reshuffle, the number of female executives at Kwangju Bank increased to two out of a total of 18 executives, including the bank president.
Kwangju Bank created a new new-growth strategy division and an artificial intelligence (AI) innovation department through a reorganization.
Koh Byeong-il, president of Kwangju Bank, said, "This reorganization and reshuffle are structural changes for mid- to long-term growth," adding, "We will proactively build a foundation for future growth, establish a competitive regional bank model, and leap forward as a bank that grows with the community."
