Samsung Securities said on the 19th that it newly introduced the "My Pick" screen on the home screen of its mobile trading system (MTS) mPOP, which recommends investment content based on a personal algorithm.
Samsung Securities explained that through "My Pick," it provides customized content tailored to each customer.
My Pick classifies customers using 64 data points, including age group, product, stocks of interest, and investment preferences, to provide different content to each person.
A Samsung Securities official said, "It was designed to shorten the existing customer journey that required moving through multiple menus to search for investment information and to enable users to check 'the investment insights I need' right from the home screen."
On the My Pick screen, users can check: ▲ a summary of recently viewed stocks and market conditions ▲ today's investment information content ▲ the latest analyst research reports related to held stocks ▲ a recent trading log ▲ and even a must-know investment information series.
Samsung Securities said this revamp represents an evolution from "exploratory content" to an experience centered on "customer-by-customer curation." It said investment information accessibility and convenience have been greatly enhanced by first providing customized content that reflects customers' investment patterns, asset composition, and changes in held stocks.
A Samsung Securities official said, "We will continue to advance digital, personalized services to provide customers with a more intuitive and efficient investment environment."
